A serial entrepreneur with a banking background and an extensive experience building businesses across different industries, Joseph is co-founder and CEO of Salam Consultants, a global advisory firm established in Dubai with the aim of providing individuals, businesses, and governments with the tools required to establish and develop regional and cross border business initiatives in the Middle East and its suroundings.

Joseph started his banking career in Paris and then pursued it in Malaysia as an Investment Banker which saw his involvement in multiple sectors contributing to the development of his knowledge base and skill set. He then ventured on his own and founded businesses across different industries covering F&B, manufacturing, arts and entertainment, hospitality and Investments. He has served on the boards of the Eatertainment Company Sdn Bhd, French Fires Malaysia Sdn Bhd as well as Greight Ventures Holdings. He is also currently a director of Nine Invest Group.

Joseph Graduated from the American University of Beirut with Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis on Marketing and Finance and has received various awards and accolades both personally and for the businesses he has established.
